About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Welcome!
Are you a people-person who thrives in fast-paced retail environments? Maybe you’ve pictured yourself guiding customers through their choices or leading a dynamic sales team to hit new goals. We’re opening doors (literally!) at our Outlet Store in Ghubiba, Dubai, and looking for enthusiastic Sales Indoor Staff and a driven Sales Manager. If you’re passionate about delivering great in-store experiences and want to grow in the heart of a thriving commercial hub, this could be your next big step.
About Us
Our outlet store isn’t just another retail stop — we see it as a community hub where shoppers and staff connect. Since setting down roots in the bustling Ghubiba area, we’ve cultivated a welcoming space where collaboration is as important as customer service. Our team celebrates wins together (expect plenty of group high-fives after a busy weekend), and we’re all about learning by doing. Here, you’ll find a blend of ambition and camaraderie — friendly competition is encouraged, and everyone’s input matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
For Sales Indoor Staff:
- Greet customers with genuine warmth and help them find exactly what they need (and maybe a little extra).
- Keep store displays looking their best — tidy, inviting, and easy to navigate.
- Share product knowledge in a way that feels natural, not scripted.
- Process sales transactions smoothly, with an eye for accuracy.
- Handle basic in-store tasks: restocking shelves, coordinating with the team, and reporting any issues.
- Listen to customer feedback (both the good and the “room for improvement”) and share it with management.
For Sales Manager:
- Lead by example — support, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver standout service.
- Monitor daily sales performance and strategize to boost targets (creativity welcome).
- Train new team members and foster a supportive work environment.
- Communicate customer needs and market trends back to leadership.
- Step in to resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE.
- Some experience in retail, customer service, or sales (even if it’s informal — we value hustle).
- Willingness to work an 8-hour daily shift with a positive, adaptable attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’re comfortable talking with anyone.
- For Manager role: previous team leadership experience in a retail or sales setting.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, or Hindi speakers especially welcome).
- Familiarity with POS systems or retail technology.
- Energetic, goal-oriented mindset.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
