What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Dubai, especially with an eye for untapped sectors.
- Building genuine, lasting relationships with clients — we don’t just talk the talk, we follow through.
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns that stand out, both online and offline.
- Regularly tracking, analyzing, and reporting your results so we can all grow smarter together.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project delivery.
- Staying ahead of market trends and competitors, suggesting creative strategies along the way.
- Attending networking events and industry expos — sometimes, the best deals start with a great conversation.
- Managing your pipeline and meeting (or exceeding!) sales targets, with plenty of support from your team leader.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years’ sales and/or marketing experience in the UAE market — you know the landscape, not just the landmarks.
- Excellent communication skills in English (and ideally, another language common in Dubai).
- Proven knack for building trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Results-oriented attitude and a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong organizational skills — you keep your deals moving and your calendar under control.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Valid UAE driving license (considered a definite plus).
- Experience with CRM software or digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of both B2B and B2C sales strategies.
