What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging customers: Whether on the phone or face-to-face, you’ll guide shoppers through options, listen to their needs, and help them find pieces that fit their space and style.
  • Achieving sales targets: You’ll have clear goals and plenty of support, with monthly commissions to reward your hustle.
  • Supervising and motivating the sales floor (for supervisor candidates): Lead by example, coach your team, and keep the energy up, especially during busy hours.
  • Handling follow-ups: Reach out to leads, manage inquiries, and build lasting customer relationships (repeat customers are our secret sauce).
  • Collaborating with the team: Share insights, suggest improvements, and celebrate successes together.
  • Staying up to date: Learn about new collections and promotions—no one likes to be caught off guard by a surprise sale!

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in furniture or a related retail sector (supervisors should have team leadership exposure)
  • Confident communication skills in English (additional languages a plus!)
  • A positive, proactive attitude—customers notice!
  • Currently residing in the UAE, aged between 20 and 48
  • Comfort with both indoor showroom sales and telesales outreach

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with the Discovery Gardens area or Dubai retail scene
  • Previous experience with CRM tools or sales tracking software
