About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to build structures that quite literally shape the landscape around you? We’re on the lookout for talented Scaffolders, Masons, and Carpenters ready to bring precision and pride to every project—no matter how big or small. Whether you’ve mastered one trade or you’re a multi-skilled pro who thrives on variety, this is your chance to grow, learn, and make your mark alongside a team that values craftsmanship and character.
About Us
We’re not your run-of-the-mill construction crew. Our company has built a reputation for quality and reliability, thanks to a hard-working team that never cuts corners (figuratively speaking—carpenters, you know the deal!). You’ll find us swapping stories over packed lunches, sharing tips during site meetings, and celebrating a job well done at the end of the week. We believe that every wall, scaffold, and frame tells a story—and every team member is part of that legacy. Growth is real here; you’ll often see colleagues stepping up, learning new trades, and supporting each other along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Erecting, adjusting, and dismantling scaffolding with a sharp eye for safety and accuracy
- Laying bricks, blocks, or stone to construct and repair walls, foundations, and other essential structures
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling woodwork for everything from framework to finishing touches
- Collaborating closely with team members from all trades—coordination makes dream work
- Keeping tools and workspace organized, maintained, and ready for the day’s challenges
- Problem-solving on-site, whether that means suggesting design improvements or troubleshooting unexpected hiccups
- Learning fresh skills or lending a hand across trades (we love a good team player!)

- Previous experience in at least one trade: scaffolding, masonry, or carpentry
- Willingness to put in honest, hard work—rain or shine

- Solid understanding of site safety and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience (or serious curiosity) across more than one trade

- Familiarity with power tools, blueprints, or project plans
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
