What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing company documents to ensure nothing gets lost in the shuffle
- Organizing, tracking, and maintaining both physical and digital files — yes, there’s a system, and you’ll help make it even better
- Managing daily correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls, and knowing who needs what (and when!)
- Ensuring office supplies are always stocked, so that nobody’s left hunting for a pen five minutes before a meeting
- Implementing and refining filing systems, making retrieval simple and secure
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure documentation follows company policy and meets compliance standards
- Assisting with administrative tasks — from scheduling meetings to creating reports — to keep the office running like clockwork
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience in office administration, document control, or a similar support role
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital filing systems
- Strong attention to detail and knack for organizing both papers and processes
- Trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information
- Clear communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced or industrial environment
- Knowledge of document management software or platforms
- Familiarity with both English and Arabic for office correspondence
