What You’ll Be Doing
Senior Purchasing Officer
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, keeping an eye out for negotiation opportunities that save costs without sacrificing quality.
- Review, manage, and process purchase orders—sometimes urgently, so adaptability and attention to detail are a must.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast material and service needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Evaluate and onboard new vendors, always searching for reliability and competitive pricing.
- Keep a sharp record of all procurement activities, updating internal systems and ensuring total compliance with policies.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 3–5 years’ relevant experience for the Senior Purchasing Officer, or 2+ years for the Data Analysis cum Purchasing Officer.
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Current residency within the UAE (only candidates already inside the UAE will be considered).
- Solid grasp of procurement practices and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills—independent, yet a team player at heart.
- For the analysis hybrid: solid Microsoft Excel (or equivalent) skills; comfort with data visualization is a bonus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Working knowledge of Arabic.
- Previous experience in a government administration or large-scale organization.
- Familiarity with ERP/procurement software.
