What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations to ensure work progresses smoothly (and safely!)
- Coordinating shifts, assigning tasks, and keeping everyone on track—even when the unexpected crops up
- Providing on-the-spot coaching and mentorship to team members, building trust and skillsets
- Checking in with clients and upper management to report on progress, flag issues, and celebrate wins
- Monitoring attendance, productivity, and quality standards—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
- Jumping in to solve minor disputes or obstacles, keeping morale high and downtime low
- Maintaining strict adherence to safety policies (we’re big on the details that keep everyone safe)
- Pitching in with hands-on tasks when needed: we all roll up our sleeves here!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within construction—think 2+ years managing crews, big or small
- Strong leadership chops: you’re great at motivating people and handling tough conversations with tact
- Confident communication in English (other languages an asset, especially Arabic or Hindi)
- Solid organizational and time management skills—multitasking doesn’t faze you
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and best practices
