About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever walked past a skyline-changing project and thought, “I wish I had a hand in building that”? Here’s your chance. We’re on the lookout for a Site Engineer to bring expert oversight and on-the-ground leadership to our latest construction projects right in the heart of downtown Dubai. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and relish the satisfaction of seeing a project rise from blueprint to reality, this role could be the perfect fit — especially if you’re looking for an immediate start.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing team headquartered on Level 12 of a bustling office tower, with expansive views of downtown Dubai (and, yes, the coffee here really is that good). Our culture is rooted in craftsmanship, practical problem-solving, and clear communication — think daily stand-ups that actually solve things, and a team where even the most junior voices are valued. When deadlines approach, we pull together; when milestones are hit, we celebrate them. You won’t find any stiff suits or stuffy routines; we’re all about genuine collaboration and getting the job done right.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising daily construction activities on-site, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
  • Coordinating efficiently with contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Monitoring project timelines and proactively addressing any issues that might cause delays (think: multitasking with purpose)
  • Inspecting materials and workmanship to guarantee compliance with approved drawings and specifications
  • Preparing, updating, and submitting site reports — clear, concise, and readily actionable
  • Attending regular site meetings to address challenges, brainstorm solutions, and share project updates
  • Helping resolve unexpected technical difficulties and snags as they arise (and they always do)
  • Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and contributing to a positive, proactive safety culture onsite

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field
  • Relevant experience as a Site Engineer (bonus points if it’s in the UAE)
  • Solid grasp of construction methods, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong communication skills: you’ll be talking with everyone from site laborers to senior architects
  • Detail-oriented approach and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Full working rights in the UAE and a readiness to hit the ground running

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working on high-rise or major commercial projects
  • Familiarity with Dubai Municipality requirements and regulations
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
  • Fluency in English (and bonus: Arabic or other languages)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation and immediate-start opportunities
  • Prime downtown Dubai location: easily accessible and never boring
  • Collaborative, down-to-earth team culture — your ideas matter here
  • Friday wrap-ups with the whole office (yes, treats are usually involved)
  • Clear career growth outlook and support for professional development
  • Modern workspace with natural light and all the essentials
  • A focus on safety, wellbeing, and delivering results we can all be proud of

Ours is a team that believes building great things starts with building up the people who make it happen. Ready to bring your expertise to the site and help shape Dubai’s future? Let’s make it happen together.
