What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day construction activities to make sure work stays on track and on schedule
- Liaising directly with contractors and subcontractors to clarify technical details and smooth out any site hiccups
- Checking technical drawings, designs, and plans to spot potential issues before they become real-world problems
- Conducting regular site inspections — yes, that means pulling on a hard hat and getting out amongst the action
- Monitoring site compliance with safety procedures (we take this seriously — your voice matters)
- Keeping detailed site records and progress reports for project management and client updates
- Supporting the project manager in coordinating deliveries, timelines, and resources

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, or similar role in building projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents
- Strong organizational skills — you’re comfortable juggling deadlines, reports, and people
- A steady approach under pressure and a knack for solving problems on the fly
- Familiarity with local safety regulations and site protocols
- Basic computer skills for reporting and coordination
