What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising daily site operations and coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to keep projects on track
- Interpreting and executing construction plans, technical drawings, and project specifications with precision
- Monitoring work quality and ensuring compliance with safety standards (we take this seriously!)
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team — you set the tone for productivity and morale
- Troubleshooting onsite challenges quickly, whether it’s a supply hiccup or a last-minute design tweak
- Keeping detailed records and reporting progress to project managers
- Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are available and properly maintained
- Proactively identifying potential risks or delays and communicating solutions
- Upholding a culture of respect, teamwork, and craftsmanship across the job site
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Site Foreman (UAE experience is a strong plus)
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and technical procedures
- Certification or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Confidence reading and interpreting technical drawings and project specs
- Natural leadership skills — you know how to get the best out of your crew
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a cool head under pressure
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with local Abu Dhabi/Mussafah construction codes and best practices
- Experience with digital project management software
- Multilingual abilities (especially English, Hindi, or Arabic)
