About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you someone who thrives in the energy of a bustling construction site, keeping your finger on the pulse of daily operations? We’re looking for a Site Supervisor who can roll up their sleeves and take charge of both the big picture and the smallest details. With major developments shaping Dubai’s skyline, this is your chance to play a key role in projects that leave a visible mark on the city. If you’re ready to lead teams, juggle priorities, and drive progress—read on.
About the Company
Established right in the heart of Al Quoz, our construction company has earned a reputation for reliability and quality that keeps clients coming back. We’re a tight-knit team who believe collaboration is the backbone of every successful build—morning site briefings aren’t just routine, they’re where ideas are born and challenges get cracked. Growth is not just in our project pipeline, but in our people too; loyalty, commitment, and a pinch of humor find their place here (Friday lunches and milestone celebrations included).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing site operations to ensure everything runs on schedule and according to plan.
- Managing and motivating site workers, always with an eye on productivity and team morale.
- Coordinating daily activities—think resource allocation, subcontractor liaisons, and surprise hiccups (because there’s no such thing as a “typical day” on site).
- Enforcing strict compliance with safety rules and regulations, leading by example at all times.
- Monitoring project progress and preparing concise daily reports for management and clients.
- Communicating clearly with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to keep everyone in sync.
- Resolving on-the-spot challenges—sometimes it’s troubleshooting a delivery delay, sometimes it’s smoothing over a disagreement.
- Ensuring all site documentation and protocols are up to date and accessible.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience supervising construction sites, ideally in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of site safety procedures and compliance standards.
- Confident leadership with the ability to motivate, direct, and support diverse teams.
- Organized, detail-focused mindset—able to juggle multiple objectives without losing sight of the essentials.
- Practical English communication skills; Hindi or Arabic a bonus.
- Must currently be inside the UAE and ready to join soon.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Al Quoz and its local suppliers or regulations.
- Previous experience in residential and commercial projects.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
