What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations — the go-to problem solver for anything unexpected.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, construction crews, and suppliers to keep schedules on track.
- Ensuring quality control standards are met and recorded with an eagle eye for detail.
- Keeping site documentation updated and handy for audits or managerial reviews.
- Addressing on-the-ground challenges with quick thinking and calm communication.
- Reporting progress, safety issues, or material needs to management in a timely fashion.
- Being present and proactive about site safety, making sure everyone leaves as healthy as they arrived.
