What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations with a keen eye on timelines, quality, and safety.
- Coordinating, guiding, and motivating workers and subcontractors so everyone’s in sync.
- Ensuring all safety standards and best practices are followed — not just on paper, but in the real world.
- Keeping project progress on track by monitoring workflows and addressing setbacks as they arise.
- Communicating daily updates, incidents, and achievements to the project manager with concise, actionable reporting.
- Troubleshooting site issues on-the-fly and making quick, practical decisions.
- Acting as a bridge between laborers, management, and suppliers to maintain smooth site logistics.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience in a construction site supervisor or related leadership role (ideally in Dubai or GCC).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and materials.
- Proven ability to coordinate teams and juggle multiple site tasks efficiently.
- Clear communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a plus).
- Natural problem-solving skills and the confidence to act quickly.
- Eligibility to work in the UAE (two-year residency sponsorship provided).
