What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily activities at the construction site, ensuring work is on track and adheres to safety standards.
- Coordinating and supervising the work of different trades and laborers on site.
- Communicating with suppliers, subcontractors, and engineers to solve issues as they crop up.
- Keeping a close eye on schedules—adjusting plans on the fly when resources or deliveries shift.
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining up-to-date progress reports.
- Fostering a safe, efficient, and positive work environment for all team members.
- Attending regular team meetings to review project timelines and strategize around any challenges.
What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience supervising construction sites—ideally in a similar contracting environment.
- Strong team leadership and workforce management skills.
