What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and keeping projects moving forward—even when things get unpredictable
- Coordinating with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to make sure everyone’s on the same page
- Leading on-site teams with a steady hand and a motivating presence—your people skills matter as much as your technical know-how
- Monitoring safety protocols relentlessly, because a safe site is a successful site
- Troubleshooting construction snags as they arise (sometimes before others even notice them)

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience supervising on construction sites (bonus if that’s been in the GCC/UAE region)
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and multilingual is a plus
- A knack for resolving on-the-ground issues without losing your cool
- Familiarity with health and safety standards (UAE regulations in particular)
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for full-time work
