What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations and making sure everything runs safely and smoothly
- Coordinating with your team and subcontractors to stick to the project plan
- Monitoring site materials and reporting supply needs (no heavy lifting required!)
- Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and company protocols
- Communicating updates, challenges, and milestones to your supervisor
- Lending a hand wherever needed — because teamwork makes the dream work
- Learning the ropes and gaining valuable real-world construction know-how
