What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations at active construction sites in Dubai Marina, ensuring everything moves safely and smoothly.
- Coordinate crew schedules and delegate tasks, always keeping an eye on both deadlines and quality standards.
- Act as a bridge between clients, engineers, and the on-site team — resolving issues quickly and diplomatically.
- Regularly inspect work progress and materials, flagging and fixing any problems before they escalate.
- Keep accurate logs of site activity and report updates to management (if you have a knack for details, you’ll fit right in).
- Champion health and safety best practices, making sure everyone on site goes home safe each night.
- Train and mentor junior staff — your experience will help others grow.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven hands-on experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer in construction or fit-out projects.
- Demonstrated success handling client communication and building positive working relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse site teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of local health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Organizational skills that border on wizardry when it comes to juggling priorities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working on large-scale projects in Dubai or the UAE.
