About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever find yourself at a job site, mentally tallying up solutions before the meeting’s even begun? If you’re the sort of Site Supervisor who can spot a missing bolt from across the scaffolding, this is your kind of role. We’re looking for a highly experienced and capable Site Supervisor to join our driven team in Al Qusais, Dubai. This is an immediate opportunity for UAE-based professionals who thrive on building things — not just structures, but teams, reputations, and careers.
About the Company
We’re a well-regarded contracting company based in the heart of Al Qusais. Our projects range from commercial complexes to infrastructure upgrades, and our ethos is simple: sturdy work, strong relationships, and zero shortcuts. You’ll find us rolling up our sleeves alongside the crew, solving site puzzles with a blend of experience and humor. Fridays might find the team sharing tea over progress reports, and there’s never a dull moment with our diverse, multicultural staff.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site activities with a keen eye for planning, safety, and detail
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers to keep timelines sharp and resources flowing smoothly
- Troubleshooting on the ground — whether it’s a technical hiccup or a missing permit, you’ll help find the fix
- Carrying out regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards (and sometimes spotting what everyone else has missed)
- Keeping clear, concise site reports for project managers and maintaining that all-important paperwork trail
- Being the go-to person for questions, small crises, and quick coffee chats that just happen to solve big problems
- Making sure health & safety protocols aren’t just guidelines, but the way of life on your site
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven, hands-on experience as a Site Supervisor in contracting/construction environments
- Current UAE residency and ready-to-go availability
- Strong understanding of on-site health & safety practices (and the conviction to enforce them)
- A people-first attitude — you’re approachable, solution-oriented, and steady under pressure
- Familiarity with UAE regulations and site documentation
- Comfortable with paperwork and problem-solving
Nice-to-Haves:
- Multiple language skills — our team is wonderfully international
- Formal certifications in construction or site safety
- Prior experience managing multi-national teams
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary package: AED 6500–7000, with everything above board
- Full support for your visa, employment contract, and health insurance needs
- Join a trusted, fast-growing Dubai company with a reputation for looking after its people
- Learn from seasoned professionals and mentor up-and-coming talent
- Enjoy a collaborative, relaxed team atmosphere—inclusive of all nationalities and backgrounds
- A role with stability, respect, and plenty of room to turn your experience into real impact
