About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it takes to steer a construction project from the first shovel in the ground to the final set of keys handed over? As our next Site Supervisor / Foreman, you’ll be at the heart of that journey—channeling your experience, language skills, and practical know-how into every stage of villa and commercial building work. This role isn’t just about overseeing daily progress; it’s about setting a standard on site and building lasting relationships with diverse teams. If you’re looking to put your skills to the test in the UAE’s dynamic construction sector—and be rewarded with a supportive environment—keep reading.

About the Company

We’re a well-established contracting firm known for taking pride in the details of every project, whether it’s a high-end villa or a bustling commercial complex. Our team is truly multicultural (it’s not unusual to hear three languages on site before lunchtime) and we believe our strength comes from both seasoned professionals and those eager to learn. We value reliability, straightforward communication, and a down-to-earth work ethic. Team lunches happen often, and we celebrate success with a shared sense of accomplishment—not just the number of projects completed, but how we get there together.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising day-to-day site operations—from excavation right through to the final handover
  • Coordinating construction teams and ensuring everyone is clear on tasks, deadlines, and quality standards
  • Communicating instructions and updates fluently in Arabic, English, and Urdu
  • Inspecting work at various stages and addressing any issues on the spot
  • Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to troubleshoot challenges and keep everything on track
  • Managing site documentation and reporting progress to project management
  • Supporting a safe, productive, and respectful site atmosphere for all workers
  • Guiding teams through both routine and complex builds—no two days are exactly the same

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • High school diploma
  • At least 5 years of continuous experience at one company in the UAE construction sector
  • Proven hands-on experience in all phases of villa and commercial building projects
  • Fluency in Arabic, English, and Urdu (you’ll genuinely be switching between them every day)
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience handling both technical and interpersonal challenges
  • A knack for motivating teams during tight deadlines or complex phases

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Accommodation provided—so you can focus on your work, not your commute or lodging
  • Competitive, reliable salary of 3,000 AED
  • Work with a stable, steadily growing company (many of our team members have been with us for years)
  • Friendly, honest team culture with clear communication and mutual respect
  • Opportunities to gain new skills and grow within the company
  • Be directly involved in delivering some of the UAE’s most admired building projects

We believe every site is only as strong as its people—your experience, your language skills, and your pride in the work matter here. If you’re ready for a place where your leadership won’t go unnoticed, you might have just found your next crew.
