What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising day-to-day site operations—from excavation right through to the final handover
- Coordinating construction teams and ensuring everyone is clear on tasks, deadlines, and quality standards
- Communicating instructions and updates fluently in Arabic, English, and Urdu
- Inspecting work at various stages and addressing any issues on the spot
- Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to troubleshoot challenges and keep everything on track
- Managing site documentation and reporting progress to project management
- Supporting a safe, productive, and respectful site atmosphere for all workers
- Guiding teams through both routine and complex builds—no two days are exactly the same
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma
- At least 5 years of continuous experience at one company in the UAE construction sector
- Proven hands-on experience in all phases of villa and commercial building projects
- Fluency in Arabic, English, and Urdu (you’ll genuinely be switching between them every day)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience handling both technical and interpersonal challenges
