What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring work is progressing as planned — no two days look exactly the same.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating site labor teams to ensure everyone’s working safely, efficiently, and with pride.
- Acting as the go-to liaison between our clients and project teams; you’ll be the face they trust and the ear they need.
- Addressing on-site challenges head-on — from resource allocation to solving unexpected hiccups, you’re the problem-solver.
- Coordinating closely with engineers and subcontractors to maintain quality standards and project timelines.
- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements to keep every job running smoothly.
- Maintaining daily progress reports and documentation — crisp, accurate, and always up-to-date.
What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience as a Site Foreman, preferably on mid- to large-scale construction projects.
