About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever pictured yourself leading the charge on dynamic construction projects right in the heart of Dubai Marina? Here’s your chance. We’re looking for experienced Site Foremen who thrive on teamwork, have a knack for client communication, and know how to keep things running smoothly on-site. With a competitive salary and stable employment, this is an ideal role for those seeking not just a job, but a solid career stepping stone in Dubai’s ever-evolving construction scene.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing contracting firm with our feet firmly planted in the bustling Marina district — a place where every skyline tells a story and each project leaves a mark. Our team is a mix of seasoned professionals and rising stars, all passionate about building spaces that matter. Collaboration is our magic ingredient: from lively morning briefings to after-work ‘chai’ catch-ups, we believe great things are built by great people. Whether you’re an old hand or new to Dubai, you’ll find an atmosphere here that’s welcoming, ambitious, and always supportive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring work is progressing as planned — no two days look exactly the same.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating site labor teams to ensure everyone’s working safely, efficiently, and with pride.
  • Acting as the go-to liaison between our clients and project teams; you’ll be the face they trust and the ear they need.
  • Addressing on-site challenges head-on — from resource allocation to solving unexpected hiccups, you’re the problem-solver.
  • Coordinating closely with engineers and subcontractors to maintain quality standards and project timelines.
  • Monitoring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements to keep every job running smoothly.
  • Maintaining daily progress reports and documentation — crisp, accurate, and always up-to-date.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman, preferably on mid- to large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong team leadership and motivational skills — you know how to get the best out of people.
  • Hands-on ability to handle client queries, feedback, and site visits with professionalism.
  • Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of site safety, construction methods, and workflow management.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience working in Dubai or the wider UAE.
  • Certification in construction management, site safety, or a related field.
  • Tech-savvy: experience with site management or reporting apps.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary: AED 5,500–6,500, paid on time, every time.
  • Comprehensive health insurance — peace of mind for you and your family.
  • Two-year residency permit and a renewable contract, so you can plan ahead with certainty.
  • A supportive environment with real career advancement opportunities — we believe in promoting from within.
  • Diverse, respectful, and collaborative team culture; your opinions matter here.
  • Prime project locations in Dubai Marina (hello, stunning views and vibrant city life).
  • Modern office spaces and tools to make your work easier.
  • Regular team-building activities — and yes, we celebrate our wins together.

At the end of the day, you won’t just be building sites — you’ll be building relationships, skills, and a future you can be proud of.
