What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating the daily activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everything on schedule.
- Conducting regular safety inspections and briefings; holding site safety as a non-negotiable priority.
- Tracking project milestones and providing clear, timely progress updates to management.
- Solving practical problems as they arise—whether it's a sudden delivery hiccup or an unexpected weather challenge.
- Liaising with engineers, architects, and inspectors to ensure all site work adheres to plans and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate site documentation, from attendance records to material usage.
- Being the go-to person for everything from tool allocation to on-site morale.
