About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to see a construction project come to life, brick by brick, and know you had a key role in making it happen? At EMC Square Contracting, we're looking for a Site Supervisor and a Surveyor who can jump right in, bring their on-site savvy, and help keep our UAE projects running smoothly. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, love dynamic work environments, and thrive on real results, you’ll fit right in here—with immediate openings for those ready to hit the ground running.

About EMC Square Contracting

Here at EMC Square, we're not just about concrete and blueprints—we’re about building trust and relationships, too. We're a tight-knit team with a reputation for reliability across the UAE, and we pride ourselves on integrity, safe practices, and a knack for delivering on challenging deadlines. The office vibe? Think daily team check-ins, plenty of coffee, and just enough friendly debate to keep everyone sharp. You'll never be "just a number" here; your ideas matter, and your work won't go unnoticed.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Site Supervisor:

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule without compromising safety or quality.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and people—no two mornings ever look quite the same.
  • Troubleshoot the inevitable site hiccups, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly with workers, subcontractors, and engineers (bonus points if you can translate technical talk into plain English).
  • Update records, prepare daily progress reports, and keep stakeholders informed.

As Surveyor:

  • Conduct precise land and site measurements using the latest surveying instruments.
  • Interpret plans and map out site layouts that guide the construction crew.
  • Verify alignment, elevation, and quality of work—an eagle eye for detail pays off here.
  • Liaise with supervisors and other teams to integrate your data into the broader project vision.
  • Champion accuracy and compliance, ensuring all surveying meets UAE regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Relevant experience in construction site supervision or surveying (please mention your specialty when you apply!).
  • UAE driving license (or the ability to start driving immediately).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or Urdu—clear and confident is the EMC Square way.
  • Willingness and availability to join within a week (we value eagerness and reliability).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with local UAE building codes and site safety regs.
  • A knack for teamwork in multicultural settings.
  • Proficiency with site management or surveying software tools.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive market-based salary—on time, every month.
  • Supportive team culture where you know everyone by name (and sometimes, by their coffee order).
  • Exposure to high-profile UAE projects that’ll make your portfolio stand out.
  • Flexible site locations and a field-first approach—no two days feel the same.
  • Opportunities for upskilling and career progression; we take your ambitions seriously.
  • Fair overtime compensation and transparent leave policies.
  • Positive, safety-first environment—your wellbeing is as important as your output.

You’ll join a company that believes in making progress tangible—for our clients, and for our team. If you're looking for stable work, genuine camaraderie, and a chance to build things you can feel proud of, EMC Square Contracting could be your next home.
