What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling day-to-day tasks based on your specialty, be it electrical wiring for high-rise buildings, AC unit installations, or custom carpentry for hotel projects
  • Reading blueprints and interpreting job orders on-site, adapting to dynamic project needs
  • Following all safety protocols and using PPE provided—no exceptions; your well-being matters here
  • Collaborating closely with site supervisors and peers, ensuring the job gets done right (and on time)
  • Keeping work areas organized, maintaining tools, and taking pride in craftsmanship—whether painting, welding, tiling, or troubleshooting building systems
  • Stepping in to help teammates with lifts, moves, or tricky repairs—because we all get the job done together

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven hands-on experience in your trade—whether that’s as an electrician, plumber, welder, AC technician, carpenter, mason, painter, tile fixer, or all-round helper
  • Ability to understand and communicate basic site instructions (English, Hindi, or Urdu helpful)
  • A responsible attitude toward workplace safety and PPE use; taking care of yourself and your mates
