About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ready to Roll Up Your Sleeves in Dubai?
Here’s an opportunity for skilled technicians and hardworking workers who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and take pride in a job well done. Whether you’re an ace with AC systems, a whiz with wires, handy with a wrench, or a master with your hands, we’re looking for reliable professionals for immediate direct hire in the heart of Al Quoz. Want to work where your expertise is truly valued? You just might find your next home with us.
About the Company
Our team thrives in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of facilities management and fit-outs in Dubai. We’re a group of problem-solvers, tool lovers, and solution-seekers who know the value of teamwork — especially when the pressure’s on. You’ll find us swapping tips and sharing laughs even on the busiest site days, and we never let solid work go unnoticed. Fridays bring out friendly banter and sometimes some legendary samosas in the breakroom.
We’re growing and need people ready to jump in and build their future (and a few walls, ceilings, or cool new features) right alongside us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing AC units, from split systems to multi-ton chillers
- Handling electrical installations, troubleshooting, and safe repairs for various sites
- Fixing leaks, installing pipelines, and managing plumbing systems with a neat finish
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood or metal as a carpenter — think partitions, cabinets, and fit-outs
- Bringing precision to welding tasks, from frame repairs to structural joints
- Supporting senior tradesmen as a general helper; you’ll be moving materials, maintaining tools, and learning new tricks of the trade every day
- Liaising with supervisors and teammates to ensure each job is safe, tidy, and up to UAE standards
- Keeping a sharp eye on safety, because we all want to go home in one piece
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1–2 years’ hands-on experience in your chosen trade
- Currently inside the UAE (ready to join immediately)
- Willingness to pitch in, work hard, and help your teammates
- Basic English for site communication and safety instructions
- Respect for safety rules (we take them seriously)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working in Dubai or with multinational teams
- Trade certifications or vocational diplomas
- Keen attention to detail — a crooked pipe or wobbly shelf just won’t do
- Can-do attitude and resourcefulness when things don’t go as planned
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary package: AED 2800 – 3500, depending on your skills and experience
- Benefits as per UAE labor law (overtime, end-of-service, annual leave, and more)
- Immediate hiring — no long waits or endless interview rounds
- Friendly, hardworking crew who’ll help you settle in
- Opportunities to learn new skills and step up to higher roles as you prove yourself
- Centrally located in Al Quoz — easy connections to major transport routes
We know good work deserves respect and fair treatment. If you’re ready to build something solid and seize your opportunity, we’re looking forward to meeting you.
