If you’re an experienced Electrician, Plumber, Welder, or Pipe Fitter, this could be your next big opportunity. We’re actively seeking professionals who care about the details, love bringing plans to life, and want to build a rewarding career in one of Abu Dhabi’s busiest industrial zones. Think you’re up for a new challenge in Mussafah, surrounded by a team that gets the job done—and enjoys doing it?

About Us

Our company has deep roots in Abu Dhabi’s ever-evolving industrial scene. Over the years, we’ve earned our reputation through hard work, consistency, and a genuine commitment to our people. Our crew comes from all over, but one thing ties us together: pride in quality workmanship and a can-do attitude. Whether it’s friendly banter at tea breaks or helping each other problem-solve on site, teamwork is at the heart of how we operate. And yes, project milestone lunches are a must—ask around!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to carry out installations and repairs safely and accurately.
  • Performing skilled trade tasks (electrical, plumbing, welding, or pipe fitting) in line with industry and company standards.
  • Troubleshooting issues on-site, diagnosing faults, and recommending effective solutions independently.
  • Working hands-on with a diverse team, sharing knowledge and learning new techniques along the way.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring safety measures are always in place before, during, and after every job.
  • Collaborating with supervisors and engineers, offering input to streamline processes and minimize downtime.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in your trade (Electrician, Plumber, Welder, or Pipe Fitter)—GCC experience is a definite plus.
    • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
    • Strong work ethic with a knack for working independently and under minimal supervision.
    • Commitment to safety, quality, and timelines.
    • Clear and practical communication skills in English (bonus points for other languages!).
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Previous experience in the Abu Dhabi or wider UAE industrial or construction sector.
    • Trade certifications or relevant technical diplomas.
    • Adaptability to new tools, materials, or site requirements.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary packages, paid on time, every time.
  • Overtime opportunities for those who want to maximize earnings.
  • Modern, well-equipped worksites in Mussafah’s central industrial district.
  • Supportive management and a team that watches out for each other.
  • Regular training sessions to keep your skills sharp and up to date.
  • Provided uniforms, PPE, and other necessary gear—so you can focus on your craft.
  • Help with work visas and accommodation for eligible candidates.

We believe that when our team members grow, so does our company. If you want to be part of a crew that respects skill and hard work, you’ll feel right at home with us.
