Ever pictured yourself building the future — literally? Right now, our team is gearing up for a dynamic project in the heart of Al Quoz, and we’re on the lookout for hardworking General Laborers, expert Plumbers, talented Masons, skilled Carpenters, creative Steel Fixers, reliable Electricians, dedicated Welders, precise Fabricators, and energetic Helpers. Whether you’re an experienced hand or eager to pick up new skills, this is your chance to join a crew where your work genuinely matters, and every day brings something different.

About Us

We’re a leading manpower recruitment company with a reputation for matching skilled talent with hands-on roles that shape Dubai’s landscape. Our culture is fast-paced, supportive, and built on respect — for both the work and the people doing it. Need a laugh after a tough shift? Join us for our shared meals or friendly football matches at the staff quarters. This isn’t just a project; it’s a team effort, and we’ll welcome you like one of our own.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out physical tasks, from site preparation to finishing touches, side-by-side with fellow team members.
  • Specializing in your trade — whether that’s plumbing a new system, wiring electrical lines, or expertly laying bricks with an eye for detail.
  • Supporting project supervisors by following instructions, maintaining safety guidelines, and keeping the worksite clean and organized.
  • Using tools, machinery, and materials specific to your role — think cutting wood, welding joints, or fabricating metal parts.
  • Pitching in wherever help is needed, sometimes learning new skills on the go.
  • Reporting progress and flagging any site issues early, because everyone’s eyes and ideas count.
  • Cooperating closely with a mixed, multicultural crew in a truly hands-on environment.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Current residency in the UAE (candidates must be inside the country at the time of application)
  • Previous experience in one (or more) of the listed trades, or a genuine interest in physical, practical work
  • Physical fitness and a readiness for hands-on, sometimes demanding labor
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when the team needs it
  • A positive attitude, basic English/Arabic skills for safety and teamwork, and the drive to get the job done safely

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Certification or formal training in your trade
  • Prior experience working on Dubai construction or maintenance sites
  • Multilingual abilities — even the basics help!
  • Eagerness to learn and help out beyond your core trade

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Free, comfortable staff accommodation in Al Quoz
  • Salary ranging from AED 1,500 – 3,800 (depending on role and experience)
  • Overtime opportunities for those who want to boost their earnings
  • Regular breaks and shared staff meals — because well-fed teams get more done
  • All nationalities welcomed; what matters is your skill, attitude, and willingness to work
  • On-the-job learning and skill development — grow with us, professionally and personally
  • Be part of a supportive team that watches out for each other, on and off site

At the end of the day, it’s about taking pride in the projects you help build — and knowing you’ll be treated as more than just a number. Ready for a new challenge? There’s a spot on our team for you.

(Please note: This recruitment company applies a job application fee.)
