What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out physical tasks, from site preparation to finishing touches, side-by-side with fellow team members.
- Specializing in your trade — whether that’s plumbing a new system, wiring electrical lines, or expertly laying bricks with an eye for detail.
- Supporting project supervisors by following instructions, maintaining safety guidelines, and keeping the worksite clean and organized.
- Using tools, machinery, and materials specific to your role — think cutting wood, welding joints, or fabricating metal parts.
- Pitching in wherever help is needed, sometimes learning new skills on the go.
- Reporting progress and flagging any site issues early, because everyone’s eyes and ideas count.
- Cooperating closely with a mixed, multicultural crew in a truly hands-on environment.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current residency in the UAE (candidates must be inside the country at the time of application)
- Previous experience in one (or more) of the listed trades, or a genuine interest in physical, practical work
- Physical fitness and a readiness for hands-on, sometimes demanding labor
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when the team needs it
- A positive attitude, basic English/Arabic skills for safety and teamwork, and the drive to get the job done safely
Nice-to-Haves:
- Certification or formal training in your trade
- Prior experience working on Dubai construction or maintenance sites
- Multilingual abilities — even the basics help!
- Eagerness to learn and help out beyond your core trade
