About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered if you could really earn good money from home—on your terms and your hours? Here’s your chance to find out. We’re looking for friendly, motivated girls to join our growing social media team based in Ajman (specifically, Rashidiya 2—if you know Horizon Towers, you know the neighborhood!). Whether you’re a student, recent grad, or just someone looking to balance life and work, this is your invitation to jump in, learn new skills, and help shape our online presence, all without leaving your favorite coffee spot or comfy sofa.
About the Company
We’re a lively, close-knit digital team with our hearts firmly set on community and creativity. Our mission? To engage, connect, and inspire through social media. While our roots are local (neighbors often spot us brainstorming around Ajman’s favorite hangouts), our team is fully remote, so everyone brings their own flavor—think collaborative WhatsApp chats, spontaneous idea swaps, and a “share your playlist” culture. Training isn’t a buzzword here; it’s real, ongoing, and hands-on, whether you’re new to social media or a seasoned scroller.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating fun, engaging posts and stories for our Instagram, Snapchat, or TikTok channels (no camera shyness needed—just creativity!)
- Chatting with followers—answering DMs, replying to comments, and helping our digital community feel supported and heard
- Sharing fresh ideas for videos, memes, or trending content—we want your voice and perspective
- Sometimes helping brainstorm campaigns with the wider team over Zoom or voice notes
- Giving input on what’s working and what’s not—we love honest feedback!
- Participating in regular training sessions (from basics to pro tips)
- Spotting and sharing what’s trending locally or globally—because being one step ahead is our thing
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A genuine interest in social media (we’ll show you the rest!)
- Basic comfort with using apps like Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat
- Reliable internet and a smartphone
- Friendly, positive attitude—you’ll be the face (and voice) our followers remember
- Ability to communicate in English or Arabic
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with posting on social media (for yourself or others)
- Creative ideas for content, or a knack for writing catchy captions
- Familiarity with Ajman and what makes it buzz
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- 100% work from home—no commute, just log in and go
- Flexible hours that you set around your studies, family, or other commitments
- All training provided, and ongoing support whenever you need it
- Uncapped earning potential—your results and effort directly reflect in your income
- Friendly, welcoming team that genuinely celebrates wins (big and small)
- Regular team check-ins so you never feel out of the loop
- Opportunities to grow—take on more as your confidence grows
- Occasional in-person meetups in Ajman for those who like a little face time
It’s a team where initiative is noticed, fun is encouraged, and flexibility is more than just a buzzword. If you love being online (and want to make it worthwhile), you could be just who we’re looking for.
