What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome patients and visitors: You’re the first point of contact—greet everyone with genuine warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointments: Efficiently handle bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using our digital systems (experience here is key).
- Handle phone and in-person inquiries: Provide clear, helpful information and direct queries to the right team members.
