What You’ll Be Doing
Steel Fixers
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings for steel reinforcement placement in villa structures
- Setting out work areas and accurately measuring, cutting, and bending rebar and mesh
- Assembling, installing, and securing rebar or mesh in formwork prior to concrete pours
- Inspecting completed framework for stability and alignment
- Collaborating with engineers, masons, and other trades to keep work flowing smoothly
- Following strict safety guidelines to ensure a secure site
Carpenters
- Constructing, installing, and dismantling formwork for concrete foundations, walls, and columns
- Following detailed plans to measure, cut, and shape timber or plywood
- Using hand and power tools with skill and care (safety first!)
- Checking formwork for accuracy, stability, and alignment before concrete pours
- Repairing and modifying formwork as needed based on project demands
- Bringing solutions and positive energy when unexpected challenges pop up
What You’ll Bring
- At least 4 years’ hands-on experience in your trade (villa project experience a strong plus)
- Ability to read site plans and work from technical drawings
- Good communication and teamwork skills — we work closely, so a positive, can-do attitude matters
- Willingness to follow site safety protocols at all times
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred (we’re ready when you are!)
