About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about what keeps a precast concrete operation running smoothly in the heart of Jebel Ali? That’s where a sharp, proactive Storekeeper like you comes in. In this role, you won’t just manage materials—you’ll be the backbone behind seamless workflows and precise reporting in one of Dubai’s most dynamic industrial zones. If you thrive on order, accuracy, and turning organized chaos into streamlined inventory systems, here’s your chance to make a real impact.

About the Company

Here, precast is more than just concrete—it’s craftsmanship, innovation, and teamwork powered by people who care about getting it right. You’ll join a company where every shipment that comes in and every item that goes out reflects our quality standards. Our team is a tight-knit crew that believes in open communication, knowledge sharing, and never missing out on celebrating a job well done (and yes, someone always brings treats to the break room on Thursdays). We take pride in professional growth and keeping up with the latest in digital systems to make our processes smarter, not harder.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring materials are received, checked, and stored according to company protocols
  • Conducting detailed inspections on all incoming precast materials, with a watchful eye for accuracy and quality
  • Issuing materials systematically and maintaining rock-solid digital records for every transaction
  • Managing inventory levels, anticipating shortages, and proactively coordinating with purchasing for timely replenishments
  • Using advanced Microsoft Excel skills to generate and interpret digital reports, dashboards, and inventory reconciliation sheets
  • Liaising professionally with suppliers, project managers, and colleagues—clear communication is your strong suit
  • Supporting compliance with health & safety and internal audit requirements within the store environment
  • Suggesting and rolling out improvements for inventory management—your ideas are always welcome here

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Storekeeper in the Precast Concrete industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (think pivot tables, data validation, and VLOOKUPs—not just spreadsheets)
  • Demonstrated expertise in efficient material receiving, inspection, issuance, and storage
  • Strong digital reporting skills and a professional, clear communication style
  • Solid understanding of inventory control procedures and attention to fine detail

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with digital inventory management systems (ERP or similar platforms)
  • Certification or formal training in supply chain or warehouse management
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new software and technology upgrades

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, industry-aligned salary and overtime pay
  • Friendly, team-oriented work culture where everyone looks out for each other
  • Modern office and warehouse environment located in bustling Jebel Ali
  • Opportunities for ongoing training and skill development in digital tools
  • Open-door management—your voice and ideas count
  • Regular team events, plus the occasional impromptu celebration when big milestones are hit
  • Stability, growth, and the chance to make your mark in one of Dubai’s leading precast specialists

You’ll be joining a workplace where your expertise isn’t just needed—it’s valued. If you’re ready to put your precast knowledge and digital savvy to work, we can’t wait to meet you.
