What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring materials are received, checked, and stored according to company protocols
- Conducting detailed inspections on all incoming precast materials, with a watchful eye for accuracy and quality
- Issuing materials systematically and maintaining rock-solid digital records for every transaction
- Managing inventory levels, anticipating shortages, and proactively coordinating with purchasing for timely replenishments
- Using advanced Microsoft Excel skills to generate and interpret digital reports, dashboards, and inventory reconciliation sheets
- Liaising professionally with suppliers, project managers, and colleagues—clear communication is your strong suit
- Supporting compliance with health & safety and internal audit requirements within the store environment
- Suggesting and rolling out improvements for inventory management—your ideas are always welcome here
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Storekeeper in the Precast Concrete industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (think pivot tables, data validation, and VLOOKUPs—not just spreadsheets)
- Demonstrated expertise in efficient material receiving, inspection, issuance, and storage
- Strong digital reporting skills and a professional, clear communication style
- Solid understanding of inventory control procedures and attention to fine detail
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with digital inventory management systems (ERP or similar platforms)
