What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the daily operations of our electronics warehouse — from receiving shipments to dispatching orders
- Using Odoo ERP software to track inventory, update stock records, and generate regular reports
- Conducting routine stock checks and coordinating with the purchasing team to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Organizing and labeling items in a way that makes everyone’s life easier (yes, we love a tidy shelf!)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient storage area according to company standards
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to solve problems and support urgent requests
- Suggesting process improvements — we’re always open to smarter ways of working
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years of experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role, ideally in electronics or a related field
- Solid computer skills, with hands-on experience using Odoo ERP (or similar inventory management systems)
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for keeping things running like clockwork
- Attention to detail — you notice when something’s off, and you take action
- Good communication in English (spoken and written)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the unique challenges of the electronics sector
- Experience working in the Mussafah area or similar industrial settings
- Ability to speak additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, or others)
