We're on the lookout for a seasoned Supermarket Manager—a hands-on leader with a knack for sales growth and a sharp eye for detail. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and love the rhythm of supermarket life, you’ll feel right at home here. There’s real momentum in our stores, and now’s the perfect time to make your mark!

About the Company

We’re more than just shelves and shopping carts—we’re a tight-knit retail community with a shared commitment to quality and customer care. Our stores are well-loved neighborhood fixtures, and our teams are as diverse as our product selection. Staff meetings sometimes feel like family gatherings (minus the awkward small talk), and celebrating wins—big or small—is part of our routine. In this supportive environment, you’ll find both structure and space to innovate, and your ideas will be heard. Growth is at the core of our story, and we’re excited to write the next chapter with you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily supermarket operations, from open to close, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team—setting clear expectations while fostering a positive, productive atmosphere.
  • Analyze sales trends and implement targeted strategies to boost revenue across departments.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, keeping shelves stocked with products our customers love.
  • Create merchandising plans that catch the customer’s eye and keep them coming back for more.
  • Monitor inventory and manage ordering to minimize waste and maximize profit.
  • Handle customer feedback with empathy, turning potential complaints into moments of loyalty.
  • Generate sales and performance reports, sharing actionable insights with ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Adapt quickly to changing market trends or store challenges—no two days are ever quite the same!

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A minimum of five years’ proven experience in supermarket management or a closely related retail environment.
  • Current, valid residency permit (essential for employment).
  • Strong background in driving supermarket sales growth (tell us your greatest sales success!).
  • Confidence in team leadership—hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating.
  • Solid organizational skills; you keep things running like clockwork even on the busiest days.
  • Excellent communication—whether chatting with customers, coaching staff, or negotiating with vendors.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences.
  • Basic proficiency with retail POS and inventory management systems.
  • Experience launching promotional campaigns or in-store events.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary reflective of your hard-won experience.
  • Supportive team culture where your voice actually counts.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement—several managers have risen from within.
  • Reliable work schedules so you can plan life outside of work.
  • Staff discounts (because who doesn’t love a good deal on groceries?).
  • Modern, well-equipped stores and an approachable management team.
  • Open-door policy and regular team huddles so you’re always in the loop.

You’ll join a company that values your expertise and encourages you to shape the future of our business. Here, the energy is real, challenges are shared, and achievements are truly celebrated. If you’re ready to step up and drive real impact, this could be the perfect fit.
