What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guiding and supporting your team to keep our branch running like clockwork, even during the lunchtime rush.
  • Monitoring daily and weekly sales, celebrating wins and rolling up your sleeves if goals need a boost.
  • Ensuring every cake, tart, and pastry leaving the counter meets our high standards for taste, freshness, and presentation.
  • Troubleshooting challenges—from staff scheduling hiccups to the occasional customer concern—with calm, solutions-focused energy.
  • Encouraging top-tier customer service at every step, turning first-time shoppers into loyal fans.
  • Playing a hands-on role on busy days, whether that means helping at the register or supporting the kitchen when the orders just keep coming.
  • Working closely with management to share feedback, brainstorm improvements, and keep the branch a place people love to visit (and work!).

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role—ideally in retail, hospitality, or food service.
