What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily site operations, from groundwork to the final touches, ensuring smooth coordination among trades.
- Monitor the quality of finishing works — think sharp corners, neat surfaces, and flawless installations.
- Motivate and guide a team of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers with hands-on supervision and clear instructions.
- Troubleshoot on-the-spot challenges and keep your eye on safe work practices at all times.
- Maintain effective communication between site teams and the project manager to keep progress on schedule.
- Ensure timelines are met without ever compromising standards, even when things get busy.
- Document site activities and regularly update leadership on project milestones, snag lists, and completions.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in civil and finishing site supervision (ideally in the UAE).
- Solid know-how in managing projects from early works through to handover.
- Strong leadership chops — you know how to motivate, mediate, and get the best from your team.
- Keen eye for detail when it comes to quality control and finishing standards.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Dubai’s municipality regulations and best practices.
- Prior work experience in Dubai Investment Park or comparable large-scale developments.
