Join Our Team as Supervisor/Foreman – Woodwork & Décor

What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations on the workshop floor, keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently
- Guiding and mentoring a skilled team of carpenters and decorators—think coach, not just boss
- Coordinating workflow, materials, and deadlines, especially for custom and time-sensitive orders
- Inspecting quality at every stage, making sure every piece meets our high standards (and the client’s wishes)
- Liaising with clients on site when needed, ensuring their expectations are met (or exceeded)
- Ensuring team members follow health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines—workshop pride is real here
- Getting hands-on with more complex builds, troubleshooting, or putting the perfect finishing touch when needed
- Driving (using the company vehicle) between the workshop and installation sites across Abu Dhabi
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in woodwork, carpentry, or home décor projects—ideally in a supervisory or team lead role
- A valid UAE Driving License—you’ll need to zip across locations as needed
- Confident communication skills (in English, other languages a plus), whether chatting with the crew or updating a client
- Eye for detail and pride in the finishing touches
- Ability to motivate, delegate, and gently steer a team through busy production days
- Solution-focused mindset when facing challenges—think “let’s fix this” rather than “why me?”
