About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it feels like to make a genuine difference in a child’s first chapter of learning, or to help a community of young learners thrive? At our respected private school in Al Nahda, Dubai, we’re looking to welcome passionate new team members across a range of high-demand education roles. Whether you have a knack for storytelling in the classroom, a warm voice that greets each morning’s arrivals at reception, or the steady hand behind the wheel of a trusty school bus, there’s a place for you here. With competitive, role-based salaries and immediate start dates, your next purposeful career move could be just around the corner.

About the School

We’re more than just a place for lessons — we’re a vibrant learning community tucked in the heart of Al Nahda. Our staff come from diverse backgrounds, but what unites us is a shared belief in sparking curiosity and confidence in every child. You might find teachers collaborating over lesson ideas in the sunny courtyard or catching up over strong coffee during break. We champion Friday demo days and our team lunches (which often feature a delicious surprise or two). Here, respect, inclusion, and positivity aren’t just words — they’re how we do things.

What You’ll Be Doing

We have several distinct roles open right now — check out these highlights:

Assistant Teacher / Teaching Assistant (KG & Primary)

  • Support lead teachers during daily classroom activities, small groups, and creative play.
  • Lend a hand with lesson prep, classroom displays, and parent communications.
  • Guide children with patience and encouragement, helping them feel at home.

KG Teacher / Early Years (EYFS)

  • Craft engaging, age-appropriate lessons for curious young minds in line with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) best practices.
  • Nurture early learning skills, fostering both independence and teamwork.
  • Build lasting relationships with families to support each child’s growth.

Primary Class Teacher (English, Math, Science)

  • Lead your own class, preparing and delivering creative lessons across core subjects.
  • Track student progress and provide tailored support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive school culture.

School Bus Driver (LMV/HMV, RTA card preferred)

  • Safely transport students to and from the school, following established routes.
  • Build positive rapport with children and parents — a familiar, friendly face that helps start and end each day smoothly.
  • Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure transport safety at all times.

School Receptionist

  • Welcome families, visitors, and suppliers — you’ll be the voice and face at our front desk.
  • Manage calls, messages, and basic administration tasks with a smile.
  • Support school events, keeping everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience for the role you’re applying for (e.g., teaching certification, EYFS knowledge, valid UAE driving license for bus drivers, customer service skills for receptionist).
  • Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
  • Strong communication skills — whether sharing feedback with a parent or chatting with little ones after recess.
  • Adaptability and reliability; school days can bring the unexpected!
  • For School Bus Drivers: Valid LMV or HMV license, RTA card (preferred), and solid safety record.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in a multicultural school environment.
  • Bilingual ability (English/Arabic or additional languages).
  • Flexible attitude and a light sense of humor.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, role-based monthly salary (AED 2,800 - 6,000).
  • Visa, accommodation or housing allowance, and transport provided.
  • Collaborative, international team that thrives on helping each other succeed.
  • Immediate joining for those eager to start making an impact!
  • Access to training sessions and professional growth opportunities.
  • Celebratory staff gatherings, wellness events, and small daily perks — because we know happy teams create happy classrooms.

This is more than a job — it’s a chance to shape stories, spark ambition, and be part of a supportive school community you’ll be proud to call your own.
