About the Company
We’re a fast-growing facilities management provider that’s all about keeping spaces, both big and small, running smoothly. From high-rise towers to busy commercial complexes, our diverse team takes pride in being the silent heroes behind the scenes. The culture here? Supportive, close-knit, and just the right mix of serious and light-hearted—team lunches and quick chats over chai are part of our daily routine. We thrive on learning from each other’s experiences and believe in lending a hand whenever possible (sometimes literally, if a heavy ladder’s involved).
What You’ll Be Doing
- AC Technicians: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems across a varied set of client sites. Diagnose faults and recommend effective solutions.
- Plumbers: Tackle everything from repairing leaks and unclogging drains to installing new fixtures, ensuring our facilities stay water-tight and efficient.
- Multi Technicians: Wear a few hats each day—assist with electrical, plumbing, and minor civil works as needed. No two days are the same.
- MEP Supervisors: Oversee daily technical operations, coordinate field teams, and ensure all maintenance is completed to quality and safety standards.
- Handyman: Step in for general repair jobs, routine checks, and quick fixes—think minor carpentry, painting, and odd jobs that keep our spaces shipshape.
- Painters: Prep, prime, and paint interiors and exteriors, always with a keen eye for detail and finishing touches.
- Carpenters: Build, repair, and install wooden structures and furniture, sometimes on the go and sometimes right in our workshop.
