Join Our Skilled Trades Team in Barsha, Dubai

Looking to put your hands-on skills to great use? We’re urgently hiring for experienced tradespeople — Electricians, Carpenters, Plumbers, Welders/Fabricators, and Masons — right here in Barsha, Dubai. If you have a track record in any of these fields and you’re ready for your next challenge, this is your opportunity to join a busy team where quality work is valued and recognized. Wondering if this is the right move for you? Read on — we just might be the perfect fit.

About Us

We’re a fast-growing contractor serving residential and commercial projects across Dubai’s vibrant Barsha district. Our crew is a diverse, down-to-earth team who believe in getting the job done right — but also supporting each other along the way. It’s not all hard hats and heavy lifting; we share a friendly rivalry over who can whip up the best tea at break time, and birthdays never go unnoticed. We place real trust in our staff: many have grown with us for years, and we’re proud to foster a safe, respectful workplace for all backgrounds.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Electrician: Install and repair wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Diagnose electrical issues and implement safe, effective solutions.
  • Carpenter: Measure, cut, and fit wood for interiors, doors, partitions, and custom structures. Complete finishing work from framing to final fittings.
  • Plumber: Maintain and fix piping systems, install water heaters, and respond quickly to leaks or urgent plumbing needs.
  • Welder/Fabricator: Join and assemble metal structures per project requirements; perform repairs and read fabrication drawings.
  • Mason: Work with bricks, stone, and tile to construct and repair walls, floors, and decorative features with attention to detail and durability.
  • Follow project plans and site instructions with precision, ensuring top-quality results.
  • Maintain safe practices on busy worksites — the safety of yourself and your team is always a top priority.
  • Pitch in as needed; sometimes you’ll support a teammate in a different trade to get the job across the finish line.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Hands-on experience in your chosen field (Electrician, Carpenter, Plumber, Welder/Fabricator, or Mason) — you know your tools and your trade.
  • Currently living inside the UAE and ready for an immediate start.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required — our busiest days need all hands on deck.
  • Reliability, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
  • Basic understanding of site safety and willingness to follow company procedures.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of working on both residential and commercial sites.
  • Ability to read plans/drawings in English or Arabic.
  • Previous experience in Dubai or the UAE.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Free: We cover your visa, medical insurance, and accommodation — you can focus on your work, not where you’ll sleep at night.
  • Competitive salary: AED 2,000–3,000 per month, plus available overtime that lets you boost your earnings.
  • Steady, long-term projects within Barsha (no endless travel around the city).
  • Friendly, multicultural crew — new colleagues quickly become friends.
  • Room to grow: show us what you can do, and there’s always a chance to step up or specialize.
  • Safe, respectful workplace standards for everyone.

Our team is the engine that keeps our projects running. If you want to make your mark where your skills are valued and your efforts noticed, you’ll feel right at home with us.
