Whether you’re a skilled technician, craftsman, or someone who thrives in a support role, this opportunity might be just what you’ve been waiting for. We’re seeking driven individuals for immediate openings as AC Technicians, Electrical Technicians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Welders, and General Helpers. If you’re eager to put your expertise to work—and make your mark with a respected name in the industry—you could be settling into your new role sooner than you think.
About the Company
Imagine coming to work each day with a group of professionals who genuinely value expertise, teamwork, and practical solutions. Our client is a long-standing facilities and maintenance provider, known for their no-nonsense approach to quality service and customer satisfaction across the UAE. The team prides itself on a “get it done right the first time” attitude, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for a lighthearted chat over morning tea or helping a teammate with a tricky job. Growth here isn’t just about moving up the ladder—it’s about picking up new skills, being appreciated for your dedication, and working in a supportive environment where everyone has your back.
What You’ll Be Doing
- AC Technicians: Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems for a wide range of clients—troubleshooting on the fly, and making sure every site stays cool and comfortable.
- Electrical Technicians: Tackle wiring, repairs, and electrical upgrades; ensure safety standards are always met and equipment runs without a hitch.
- Plumbers: Handle leaks, pipe installations, fixture repairs, and general plumbing maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
- Carpenters: Read plans, craft installations, and handle day-to-day woodwork repairs—sometimes it’s a door, sometimes a custom shelving unit.
- Welders: Perform strong, clean welds on various metals for both repairs and new builds; safety and precision are your mantra.
- General Helpers: Support skilled trades, maintain cleanliness on job sites, manage tools, and help wherever a reliable extra pair of hands is needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant experience in your craft or support role—whether that’s fixing ACs, wiring a building, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or general facility upkeep.
- For technicians and skilled trades: prior hands-on UAE/Gulf experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
- Ability to join immediately (this one’s key—urgent means urgent!).
- Currently residing in the UAE, with any necessary documentation ready.
- Must-Haves:
- Strong work ethic and reliability—your teammates can count on you.
- Basic communication skills in English (bonus points for Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as projects require.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Trade certifications, diplomas, or training certificates.
- Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and best practices.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
