What You’ll Be Doing
You won’t be stuck behind a desk — you’ll be out and about, ensuring Dubai’s homes and businesses are cared for. Depending on your role, you’ll:
- Diagnose and fix electrical faults, install new wiring, and handle general power maintenance (if you’re applying as an Electrician).
- Measure, cut, and assemble woodwork or furniture; repair doors, and fit cabinets or partitions (Carpenter).
- Troubleshoot and repair split AC units, maintain central HVAC systems, and support fresh installations as needed (AC Technician).
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage lines, fix leaks, and handle fixtures (Plumber).
- Interact with clients on-site, providing clear updates and friendly service — your communication skills matter.
- Work closely with teammates, sharing tools and knowledge while solving problems together.
- Keep safety, cleanliness, and company standards top of mind at all times.
What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:
- Hands-on professional experience in your trade (Electrician, Carpenter, AC Technician, or Plumber) — experience level will guide your salary.
- Practical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work flexibly — some days are busier than others, but teamwork makes all the difference.
- Willingness to relocate or live in company accommodation in Al Quoz.
- Basic conversational English (other languages are a bonus!).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in the Dubai or GCC market.
- UAE manual driving license.
- Any relevant trade certifications.
