What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, or multi-system issues in residential or light commercial buildings.
- Responding to urgent maintenance requests — sometimes you’re the hero who saves the day.
- Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance with an eye for detail and efficiency.
- Collaborating seamlessly with other team members on larger projects (no siloed work here).
- Accurately documenting work performed and communicating effectively with both the team and residents.
- Keeping up with safety standards and ensuring all work is up to code.
