What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing trade-specific work such as AC repairs, electrical fixes, plumbing installations, carpentry projects, welding fabrication, or general assistance—depending on your expertise.
- Responding to urgent maintenance calls and troubleshooting on-site issues efficiently.
- Working closely with supervisors and fellow crew members to complete jobs on schedule (team spirit is big here).
- Using the right tools and safety gear at all times (no shortcuts when it comes to safety!).
- Keeping your workspaces tidy and always treating client properties with respect.
- Pitching in where needed—sometimes, it means lending a hand with duties outside your core trade. Flexibility is key.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Relevant professional experience in one of the listed trades (AC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or general labor).
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
- Willingness to work hard, adapt quickly, and stay cool under pressure.
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu.
- Commitment to safe working practices—your safety (and everyone else’s) comes first.
Nice-to-Haves
- Trade-specific certifications, licenses, or field training.
- Past experience working in facilities management or Dubai-based contracting companies.
