What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct engaging phone interviews with respondents across different backgrounds—never a dull day
- Accurately record responses, bringing both empathy and precision to each survey
- Navigate call scripts while remaining natural and adaptable — no robotic conversations here
- Meet daily and weekly survey targets while keeping calls respectful and professional
- Flag unique or unexpected findings to the insights team (we’re all about spotting trends early)
- Take part in regular skills workshops—everyone has a say in how we evolve our approach
- Uphold strict confidentiality with every piece of data you handle
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (please note: applications from outside the UAE cannot be considered)
- Confident spoken English (fluency in additional languages is a real plus)
- Empathy, patience, and the knack for making strangers feel at ease—even on short calls
- Sharpened listening skills, with quick, accurate data entry
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, survey tools, etc.)
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous call center, customer service, or phone-based interviewing experience
- Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, or other regional language skills
- Knowledge of UAE culture and trends
