What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to potential customers through outbound phone calls—think: genuine conversations, not robotic scripts.
- Listening carefully to understand each client’s needs and offering tailored product solutions.
- Building lasting relationships; you’re not just making a sale, you’re growing a network.
- Keeping accurate, up-to-date records of your calls and deals using our sales tools.
- Working closely with the team to share successes, troubleshoot challenges, and support one another’s targets.
- Meeting—and exceeding—individual and team sales goals, with incentives for your achievements.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (other languages are a big plus!)
- Friendly, engaging phone manner with the confidence to call new prospects.
