About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever get a real sense of satisfaction from seeing a space transformed, tile by perfectly aligned tile? We’re looking for experienced Tile / Ceramic Workers ready to bring that level of craftsmanship to a range of new projects in Sharjah. Whether you’re an expert in porcelain, love a challenging mosaic, or take pride in leaving each surface flawless, this could be your next step. We’re a hands-on contracting team that values skill and reliability above all—so if you’re ready to build something solid (literally), let’s talk.
About the Company
We’re a well-established contracting company with roots in Sharjah and a reputation for quality you can feel underfoot (and on the walls). Our projects range from new residential builds to detailed commercial renovations, and we believe in doing things right the first time. The crew here is tight-knit and supportive, and everyone chips in to share tips, solve problems, and make sure each job ends with a team high-five. Got a quick fix for a tricky tile cut? You’ll fit right in. And don’t be surprised if coffee breaks get lively—there’s a lot of friendly debate about the best grout colors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Laying ceramic and porcelain tiles for floors and walls in homes and commercial properties
- Preparing surfaces as needed (think: leveling, cleaning, and, yes, sometimes a bit of demolition)
- Measuring areas and cutting tiles to precise shapes, using manual and power tools
- Mixing and applying adhesives or mortar, followed by expertly spacing and aligning tiles
- Grouting, polishing, and finishing tiles to ensure a lasting result and clean look
- Troubleshooting unexpected site issues alongside the project team
- Maintaining job site organization and equipment, treating every project like it’s your own home
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid experience in ceramic and porcelain tile work—both floors and walls
- Comfort with measuring, cutting, and installing a variety of tile patterns
- Currently residing in the UAE (Sharjah or nearby preferred)
- Eligibility for a company visa/work permit
- Indian, Nepalese, Syrian, or Jordanian nationality (as per site requirements)
- Serious attitude toward time, safety, and teamwork
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with intricate mosaic or decorative tile installations
- Familiarity with newer tile cutting tools or specialized techniques
- Ability to communicate well with site supervisors and fellow workers in multiple languages
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, reliable pay—on time, every time
- Full visa and work permit support
- A team environment where your skills are respected and there’s real camaraderie
- Opportunities to take on diverse and interesting projects across Sharjah
- Reasonable working hours with fair overtime policies
- Inclusive, respectful workplace culture—serious about safety and quality, but never dull
We know good work takes dedication, and we make sure it’s recognized. If you’re proud of your craft and eager to contribute to a team that values commitment, you’ll find your place here.
