What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately recording daily attendance, overtime, and leave details for all site staff
- Coordinating with supervisors to verify man-hours and ensure timesheets are up to date
- Preparing detailed time reports for payroll processing
- Resolving discrepancies related to staff attendance or work hours—sometimes with a bit of detective work!
- Responding to queries from colleagues or managers about attendance records in a timely, friendly manner
- Safekeeping and maintaining confidential records, both electronic and hard copy
- Adapting to changing requirements as new projects kick off or existing ones ramp up
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a timekeeper in the UAE (applications without this will not be considered)
- Currently holding your own UAE visa (essential for this role)
- Male candidates, Indian nationality preferred
- Comfortable with standard timekeeping software and record-keeping practices
- Diligent, organized, and able to handle sensitive data discreetly
- Good communication skills in English; Hindi or regional languages are a bonus
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in construction or related industries in Abu Dhabi
