About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you fascinated by the world of crypto and curious about how traders make strategic moves on platforms like Binance? If you've been looking for an entry point into trading—but still want a supportive team behind you—this Trading Trainee role in Khor Fakkan could be just the ticket. Designed for those with an independent mindset (you'll need your own UAE visa), this opportunity pays AED 3,000 per month and, even more importantly, gives you access to hands-on skill-building that can shape your long-term career in financial markets.
About the Company
Here, we’re not your ordinary trading group. While the markets move fast, we believe real learning takes time and teamwork. Our office in Khor Fakkan is a quiet powerhouse—where newcomers sit alongside experienced traders, sharing insights and (yes, sometimes debating) the latest strategies. We care about curiosity and initiative: you’ll find people from different backgrounds, all united by a shared drive to master the art (and science) of trading. And a little secret? Our “post-trade wrap” sessions aren’t just about analysis—they’re where we swap stories, laugh over unexpected market swings, and support each other through the highs and the lows.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shadowing and assisting senior traders as they execute real trades on Binance
- Practicing risk management techniques and learning how to read market signals
- Performing research on new crypto assets and sharing findings in team discussions
- Tracking performance data and helping to analyze trade outcomes for improvement
- Raising questions and seeking advice—we want you to be curious and proactive
- Participating in weekly knowledge-sharing sessions (bring your best ideas!)
- Building your skill set with support and feedback from experienced mentors
What You’ll Bring
- Basic experience or knowledge of Binance trading platforms (beginner is fine—drive matters most)
- Genuine motivation to learn, develop, and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Strong numerical and analytical mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly and work with a team (collaboration is key here)
- Valid UAE visa (own visa holders only, as required by local regulations)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
