What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a genuine smile and making sure every diner feels welcome from the get-go
- Taking accurate orders and answering questions about our menu (team favorites included)
- Serving food and beverages efficiently, always keeping an eye on the details
- Handling bills, payments, and feedback in a friendly, professional manner
- Jumping in to help teammates during busy periods—you know the lunch rush drill!
- Ensuring tables are spotless and ready for each new guest
- Learning new menu items and sharing recommendations in a way that feels natural
- Handling special requests or tricky situations with grace and patience
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
- A naturally friendly approach and positive attitude
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Stamina and the ability to stay upbeat in a busy environment

- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or customer service role
