What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome clients and their furry companions with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile
  • Handle appointment bookings, schedule changes, and general inquiries—both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date digital records using our clinic software
  • Process payments and issue receipts with accuracy and care
  • Coordinate with the veterinary and nursing teams to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Assist with light administrative duties (think: data entry, email follow-ups, and supply checks)
  • Keep the reception area tidy and inviting—presentation really does matter here
  • Offer reassurance and empathy to anxious pet parents (and sometimes to nervous pets!)

  • Proficiency in basic computer and office software (you won’t be lost in our system)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or reception setting
  • A friendly, professional, and well-groomed presentation

  • Past work at a veterinary or medical clinic
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, or another regional language would be wonderful)
