What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet clients with genuine warmth—think welcoming each guest like an old friend, whether it’s their first visit or their fiftieth
- Schedule and manage appointments, finding those win-win slots that keep clients and stylists happy
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and direct inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Update and maintain client records, ensuring accurate notes and zero mix-ups
- Process payments (cash, card, smiles) and issue receipts, keeping things smooth at the till
- Coordinate with stylists and technicians about upcoming bookings and daily needs
- Promote current offers, new services, and membership perks—never pushy, always helpful
- Monitor and reorder front-of-house supplies so we never run out of coffee (or cotton pads)
- Support routine administrative jobs: organizing documents, tracking birthday reminders, and pitching in wherever needed
- Keep the reception area tidy and inviting—think less clutter, more calm
What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role (salon or spa background is a plus, but not required)
